p.s. robin not included!
Saturday November 17th
take only 4 people on a workshop so you get plenty of tuition, and I
a wide variety of materials for each workshop, though you are welcome
to bring any fabric or threads you especially want to use.
costs: £70 includes all materials (unless stated otherwise), this
is non-refundable should you cancel within 3 weeks of the workshop,
unless your place can be filled. If I have to cancel a full refund will
be given or an alternative workshop may be booked.
It is essential that you make sure you can thread up and sew with your machine, that it is working beautifully so that you make best use of your day.
It can also be helpful to bring your manual for the machine (if you have one) to refer to if necessary.
Most of the
workshops aim to allow you to explore fabrics and techniques without the
pressure of a finished piece, but most people go home with an item they
are very happy with, perhaps to frame, and plenty of samples! Everyone
works at different speeds so you will take home what you create!
If you wish to do free machining please bring a darning or embroidery foot for your machine. If in doubt just ask me BEFORE the day. I hope you will enjoy your day and go home inspired!
